We are assisting a multinational Business Service Solution Provider in their search for a talented Senior Accounting Manager, Regional. As the company undergoes a restructuring phase and outsources its accounting function, this role will play a critical part in overseeing the project and acting as a liaison between teams. The position requires frequent travel, offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join their growing team.Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain robust accounting systems and internal controls for precise financial and operational processes.
Manage budgeting and forecasting, including analyzing key assumptions and presenting findings to the management team.
Deliver comprehensive financial reports to key stakeholders, including the Management Team and shareholders.
Analyze business operations, scrutinize financial data, and provide guidance on income, expenditures, profitability, and efficiency.
Collaborate with external accountants and auditors on financial statements, tax returns, and specialized advice.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional qualification in HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
6-8 years relevant experience, at least 3 years at Big 4 / 2nd tier audit firm
Excellent command of both English and Chinese languages, both oral and written.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Experience in implementing process improvements, system initiatives, and managing shared service centers.
Willingness to travel frequently
