- Provide general clerical and office administration work.
- Handle telephone calls and daily accounting duties.
- Policy Documents checking, posting, filing
- To handle internal financial and accounting works including preparation of financial and accounting reports, expenses payment, bank reconciliation, staff reimbursement processing, accounting data entries and other accounting duties.
- Other ad hoc assignments.
- 13 months salary

- HKCEE / HKDSEE or above
- 1 - 2 years of Clerical experience, fresh graduated will also be considered
- Good PC skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal skill and client focus
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
