- Managing the corporate accounts or area which includes making regular calls to assigned accounts, developing new accounts, negotiating contracts and maintaining good working relations with actual clients in order to meet and exceed the targets set and the overall hotel budget.
- Development performs within the framework defined by the AccorHotels and hotels norms and internal regulations.
- Plan sales strategy and implement tactics to achieve budget.
- Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans.
- Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
