Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Third Party Management Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of risk management and financial processes.Key Responsibilities
  • System & Data Management : Perform BAU tasks and contribute to system enhancements for the TPM platform. Handle all TPM-related data, ensuring accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
  • Reporting & Analytics : Develop and maintain comprehensive Management Information (MI) reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive management using Power BI, Excel, and other tools.
  • Budget Oversight: Support the end-to-end budgeting process for third-party engagements, including tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Contract & Relationship Coordination: Assist in managing the contractual relationships between Group functions and Business Units (BUs), ensuring alignment and compliance.
  • Risk Management: Apply knowledge of Third-Party Risk and Non-Financial Resilience principles to daily tasks and strategic initiatives.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven, hands-on experience with Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vLookup).
  • Experience in creating high-quality MI reports for senior and executive management.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and experience in managing budgeting processes.
  • Knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management frameworks and/or Non-Financial Resilience Risk Management is preferred
  • A pro-active, self-starter attitude with the ability to execute tasks quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships and present information.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with third-party management systems and platforms.
