The company is leading global markets for equity and derivative trading.Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire cash equity trading project cycle, from planning to execution, meeting deadlines and ensuring successful delivery
  • Oversee project implementation including business analysis and justification, solution design, project management, ensuring market readiness and obtaining regulatory approvals
  • Conduct market research for updates and investigate market painpoints
  • Formulate and update trading mandates, policies, and procedures with respect to internal guidelines and SFC regulations.
  • Design and conduct user acceptance test (UAT) for trading systems
  • Prepare regular & ad hoc reports for management and SFC
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including IT teams and users, to achieve project and operation success.
Requirements:
  • University degree holder in computer science, finance, business administration or relevant
  • 8+ years' relevant experience in the financial services industry as a project manager/business analyst/business manager/trade support, but rich project management experience is a must
  • Prior experience in cash trading / equity market is necessary
  • Technical proficiency in VBA programming is desired
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
