  • Confirm the Facsimile/Electronically Transmitted Instructions with the customers by phone
  • Execute outward/inward remittance payment and any related to deposits business including cheques, time-deposit, e-banking , etc…
  • Handle enquires and provide services to customer
  • Perform any job duties assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
  • Candidates with or equivalent to DSE or above
  • Fluent in Mandarin (especially in listening and speaking), Cantonese and English
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prudent, independent, responsible, willing to learn and acting with integrity
