Responsibilities:Potential site searching and identifying for the expansion of chain store networkHandle leasing enquiries and tenancy liaison, marketing and all tenancy matters, including renewal negotiation and marketing analysis compilationWork closely with different departments to ensure smooth opening of new storesPerform ad-hoc duties as requiredRequirements:High diploma or above in Building Study/Property management or related disciplineMinimum 3 years working experience in commercial leasingGood interpersonal and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independentlyProficiency in PC knowledge including MS OfficeProficient in spoken and written English & Chinese.
