  • Formulating and implementing marketing plans in support of the business and marketing goals to capture business opportunities and support business growth on Credit Card and/or Personal Loan products
  • Deliver effective and measurable multi-channel marketing campaigns for Credit Card and /or Personal Loan acquisition and portfolio growth
  • Collaborate with relevant parties and manage suppliers to ensure quality deliverables in a cost-effective manner and smooth launch of marketing programs
  • Monitor program progress/ effectiveness and conduct post-program evaluation for future improvement
Requirements
  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum of eight years' experience in marketing, with exposure to Credit Card and/or Personal Loan business, or advertising/ media agencies preferred
  • All rounded marketing skills with good understanding of latest developments in the marketing and media scene, together with proven experience in running end to end marketing programs
  • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Strong self-motivation and customer orientation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
