  • Maintain the departmental turnaround time and quality of work in compliance with the Company’s standard and regulatory requirements;
  • Assist in reviewing workflow, UAT and system development to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Co-ordinate and work with internal or external parties to perform daily policy administrative work;
  • Handle and answer inquiries from internal staff and business partners;
  • Perform duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
Education and Work Experience
  • University graduate preferred;
  • Qualified FLMI or related insurance qualifications highly preferable;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in group or individual medical policy administration;
  • Able to work under pressure and able to complete task at a timely manner.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Good communication and organizational skills;
  • Self-initiated, willing to learn and able to work under tight deadline and pressure;
  • A good team player with customer-oriented attitude and attention to details;
