- Maintain the departmental turnaround time and quality of work in compliance with the Company’s standard and regulatory requirements;
- Assist in reviewing workflow, UAT and system development to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness;
- Co-ordinate and work with internal or external parties to perform daily policy administrative work;
- Handle and answer inquiries from internal staff and business partners;
- Perform duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
- University graduate preferred;
- Qualified FLMI or related insurance qualifications highly preferable;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in group or individual medical policy administration;
- Able to work under pressure and able to complete task at a timely manner.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Self-initiated, willing to learn and able to work under tight deadline and pressure;
- A good team player with customer-oriented attitude and attention to details;
