- Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment activities including candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, interview arrangement, orientation arrangement, etc
- Provides daily administration support for the human resources functions and duties
- Maintain high quality service and efficiency by following organization standard
- Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications & Chinese Word Processing
- Details-minded, Independent, Self-initiative, Well-organized and good team player with enthusiastic and proactive behavior
- Capable for working in a demanding and challenging environment
- Immediately available is highly preferable
