- Liaising with Schools: keep close relations with schools and resolve children's academic/ personal issues
- Study Planning: Develop and track the children's study plans
- Arrange school and extracurricular courses include subject tutoring (Chinese/English/Mathematics), enrichment classes (music/sports/programming), and language training
- Track the children's academic progress and report to the Chairman and his spouse
- Manage Examination and Enrollment Timelines: Research and gather entry requirements for universities in Hong Kong and oversea, assist in applications
- Organize Holiday Activities: Plan summer or extracurricular programs, such as camps and internships
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Prior experience in education planning or private family assistance
- Familiar with both Hong Kong and overseas education systems and admissions processes
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
