Responsibilites:
  • Create or maintain customer information in banking system.
  • Performing account clean up exercises.
  • Maintain good filing system to protect confidential information and prevent loss of important documents.
  • Provide prompt and quality service to internal customers.
  • Ensure accurate update of customer information.
  • Performs other duties assigned by supervisors from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in banking industry, fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • Good report writing, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, initiative and detail minded, willing to help.
  • Chinese typing in both traditional and simplified is preferred.
