Our agile business model continuously adapts our commercial fleet to market developments and customer requirements, ensuring stability and responsiveness.Job Description:A) Assist on chartering activities
1. Providing updated vessel particulars (with assistance from the technical dept), especially for speed/consumption profile;
2. To prepare & update for various questionnaire if any, with assistance from the technical department;
3. To review the CP terms and negotiate the best terms on behalf of ownersB) Assist on S&P activities
1. To Provide the required vessel information to the potential buyers, with assistance from the technical department;
2. To follow up various pre-sale matter with the potential buyers, such as Class record release, pre-purchase inspection arrangement etc;
3. To review the MOA terms and assist the negotiation on the terms on behalf of owners;
4. To ensure smooth delivery of the vessel and closing under the MOA by jointly cooperating with other departments, in accordance with the MOAC) Post-fixture operational matters
1. On behalf of owners, ensure successful execution of time charter and/or voyage charter by coordinating all other internal departments;
2. In accordance with the agreed Charter-Party, to issue general instruction to master of vessel, ensure the key requirements has been reminded to the vessel;
3. To Maintain accurate charter Hire statement, Freight payment, and laytime calculation, plus the record keeping for all off-hire claims and disputes or performance claims;
4. To appoint the agents for owner’s husbandry jobs and vet Port agency disbursements accounts
5. Documentation, to maintain the documentation in the Bluewhale system as per Manager’s requirement. Experience on IMOS will be a Plus.
6. To have a monthly voyage performance review, quarterly performance review and yearly performance review for the vessels managed
7. Other works as assigned by department head from time to timeJob requirement:
1. College degree or above, preferred International shipping or related majors;
2. Good understanding to the time charter-party and voyage charter-party;
3. At least 3 years working experience on the similar position, more experience can be considered as Senior Operation Officer;
4. Good English speaking and writing;
5. Good communication skills & Team spirit;
6. Good learning ability;
