ResponsibilitiesConduct safety checks on venues and events to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.Ensure staff, contractors, service partners, event organizers, and visitors follow OH&S requirements and government regulations.Provide feedback on event layouts and setups regarding safety and assist with event license applications.Investigate incidents and support the team as needed.Liaise with relevant government departments regarding safety issues and licenses.Review safety documents, including manuals, rules, and standard forms; prepare reports for management.Deliver safety training courses and conduct drills.Perform any other assigned dutiesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management, Building Surveying, or a related field4-5 years of relevant work experience.Registered Safety Officer qualification under the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Regulation is an advantage.Knowledge of OH&S, Fire Safety & Health, Buildings Ordinance, and related guidelinesAbility to work as part of a team, with interpersonal and communication skills; organized and able to work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processingProficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an asset.We offer highly motivated remuneration package.
