Responsibilities:Assist in researching and staying updated on relevant securities laws, regulations and guidelines;Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and assist in communicating updates to the team;Support the development, review, and updating of internal compliance policies and procedures;Assist in ensuring that firm activities align with internal guidelines and external regulations;Participate in internal audits and compliance checkings to identify potential risks or areas of non-compliance;Assist in preparing reports and documentation;Compile and analyze data related to compliance metrics, such as trade monitoring or client onboarding processes;Assist in preparing periodic compliance reports for management and regulatory submissions;Provide administrative support to the Compliance Department.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above students in reading;Proactive, meticulous, diligent, and eager to learn;At least 3 working days per week are preferred.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
