- Manage all aspects of designing and organizing the insurance training curriculum for the Insurance Department
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods, organize and deliver training sessions, launch events, product positioning seminars, and other up-skilling initiatives
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that address needs and expectations
- Coordinate training logistics across all channels recruited and authorized to distribute products and services of Hang Seng Insurance
- Work with Training Department to review the life insurance training agenda and delivery of agreed life insurance learning content to all internal and external frontline sales channels
- Provide advice on the content of customer or internal stakeholder learning and development events
- University degree holder in related discipline or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in insurance field
- Passed all relevant papers I,II,III of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals, good computer and database skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient a
- nd effective customer service delivery
