  • Manage all aspects of designing and organizing the insurance training curriculum for the Insurance Department
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods, organize and deliver training sessions, launch events, product positioning seminars, and other up-skilling initiatives
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that address needs and expectations
  • Coordinate training logistics across all channels recruited and authorized to distribute products and services of Hang Seng Insurance
  • Work with Training Department to review the life insurance training agenda and delivery of agreed life insurance learning content to all internal and external frontline sales channels
  • Provide advice on the content of customer or internal stakeholder learning and development events
Requirements
  • University degree holder in related discipline or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in insurance field
  • Passed all relevant papers I,II,III of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals, good computer and database skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient a
  • nd effective customer service delivery
