The bank's Hong Kong Branch is now seeking high calibre individuals with long-term career objectives to apply for the following position:Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide first tier user support and troubleshooting
Provide day-to-day PC administration and desktop services
Perform regular system checking and operations
Perform administrative work, including hardware inventory, report and system document preparation
Liaise and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and services

Requirements:

Degree/Higher Diploma Holder in IT or related discipline
At least 3-4 years' relevant working experience in Service Desk and IT support
Relevant working experience in financial or sizeable firms is an advantage
Familiar with Microsoft Windows, M365, VMware and common desktop applications
Customer-orientated, a team player with good communication skill
Proactive, Independent, self-driven and eager to learn
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
