We have a professional team for design and development, gathering talents with different design techniques, developing innovative products, promoting the brand of Kalos Blocks and becoming a creative industry of blocks.Key Responsibilities * Distribution Network and Relationship Management:

Develop and expand distribution channels across local and overseas markets.
Identify and onboard new distribution and retail partners with strategic fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global distributors, agents, and retailers.
Negotiate and manage distribution agreements, pricing structures, and terms of trade to meet business goals.
Coordinate and oversee cross-border logistics and ensure compliance with international trade regulations
Market Insights and Brand Strategy:

Monitor industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, particularly in the trendy toy and adult collectibles sectors.
Provide insights to refine brand strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Analyze sales and distribution data to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare reports and provide actionable recommendations for strategy adjustments.

Requirements * Experience and Networks:

8 years or above experience in brand development and distribution, preferably in the toy or adult collectibles industry.
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager.
Strong network in distribution channels, especially for overseas markets.
Market Knowledge:

Understanding of consumer trends in the trendy toy and collectibles industries.
Familiarity with IP collaborations and brand partnerships is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Analytical and strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Personal Attributes:

Energetic, adaptable, and passionate about the toy and collectibles industry.
Team player with a proactive attitude and collaborative mindset.
Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Fluent in additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Thai, etc.) is a strong plus.
Travel Requirements:

Willingness to travel frequently to mainland China and overseas to manage partnerships and oversee operations.
