- Input and update room reservations accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries in relation to PPA services and facilities.
- Assist Leasing Manager/ Officer to prepare tenancy agreements and related documents and work process.
- Coordinate with other operating departments such as Guest Experience, Housekeeping, to arrange guest’s requirements.
- Consolidate regular reposts, budget control, coordinates meetings, handles email/ phone calls and other ad-hoc duties.
- Flexible, detail-oriented, organized and able to adapt fast paced environment
- Possess excellent guest services skills, professional presentation, sophisticated interpersonal skills and strong multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet and other popular software HMS
- Relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered
- Able to work well under pressure
