A Chinese based retail bank is seeking a dedicated and experienced quality assurance expert to support their life insurance business as a 1.5 line of defence by ensuring robust compliance and risk management practice.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough reviews of internal processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.Develop and maintain the bank's internal policies and procedures to ensure the branches are operated in accordance with the rules, guidelines, procedures and ordinances of the bank and the regulatorsConduct periodic surveillance and assessment to rectify those identified issues/exceptionsProactively identify potential risks within processes and implement corrective measures to mitigate them.Coordinate and prepare dashboards/ reports for the review of distribution qualitySupport on increase awareness on relevant compliance rules and regulations through different means of communication channelDevelop and deliver training programs on motivating frontline sales to incorporate best practices in daily sales activitiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 4 years of experience in process monitoring, compliance, or quality assurance within the banking, insurance or financial services sectorStrong understanding of life insurance products and regulatory requirementsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in written & spoken Putonghua, Cantonese and EnglishCandidates with more relevant experience will be considered as ManagerAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
