- Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and maintenance to maintain high operational standards.
- Respond to guest feedback and assist in managing the restaurant’s online reputation.
- Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in fine dining.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; familiar with Chinese cuisine and local ingredients.
- Work-life balance: No split shifts.
