Senior Manager (M1-M1-LPSH/HTMH/SH)

• A Hong Kong University Degree in Social Work;

• Master Degree in clinical areas is an advantage;

• English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE / Level 2 in HKDSE;

• At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification and managerial experience;

• Experiences in serving residential / ageing population and their carers are advantages;

• Registered under Social Workers Registration Ordinance;

• Posses a passion with person-centred approach and a vision to promote service integration with bundle service management concept;

• Be able to work independently and to communicate with people at different levels.

• To collaborate with the management teams for the effective management and coordination of residential service of Hoi Tat Bundles Project and Lohas Park Project including one Hostel for Moderately Mentally Handicapped Persons & Two Supported Hostels for Mentally/Physically Handicapped Persons (HMMH/[SHOS(MPH)]) ;

• To lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team and personal care team for providing high quality caring services for the residents promoting quality of life and holistic wellbeing;

• To enable the strategic development and execution of innovative rehabilitation service projects and programmes for service users including funding applications and service biddings;

• To set up Building Management Committee of Lohas Park Project and assist PD to monitor the building management;

• To develop strategic partnership and collaboration with relevant sectors or community stakeholders.
