Responsible for checking in/out guests and arranging room change if deemed necessary
Handling guests’ enquiries in a professional manner
Handling foreign exchange for in-house guests and upselling to promote hotel services and facilities
Ensuring frontline services in upmost standard and maintaining a good relationship with guests

Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
Outgoing and pleasant personality, customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of spoken English and Chinese
Knowledge of Opera system is an advantage
