- Monitor OSS systems to ensure optimal system performance and uptime
- Act as a technical resource and point of escalation and help to identify and troubleshoot systems issues, coordinating with other teams as needed to resolve issues promptly
- Implement changes to the OSS systems to improve system performance and efficiency
- Implement proactive and continuous measures to maintain the stability of the OSS system
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to plan and execute system upgrades and expansions
- Create and maintain system documentation, including system diagrams, processes, and procedures
- Support system automation initiatives and help develop scripts and tools to automate network operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Provide emergency support outside of regular office hours and be available to work weekends or nights for maintenance or platform upgrades when necessary
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-2 years of working experience in RAN and OSS network operations
- Understanding of LTE/5G RAN and OSS systems and protocols
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiar with scripting languages such as Python or Perl
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
