Start your adventure and journey with us.About The BusinessInformation Technology Services is a closely collaborative national team that provides IT-related procurement and implementation, infrastructure and operational support, application solutions and systems project management services, evaluating and promoting new systems and software to improve productivity and ensure information security.We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Senior Manager to join our team to lead and manage Deloitte China's IT infrastructure strategy, planning and implementation. This position will work closely with the IT team, business units and external vendors to ensure the firm's IT infrastructure is efficient, secure and innovative to support the firm's business objectives and growth needs. As a key member of the IT leadership team, you will be responsible for driving infrastructure modernization and improving operational efficiencies while ensuring compliance with Global Deloitte and industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Work you'll do
  • Coordinate global IT infrastructure projects by collaborating subject matter experts in infrastructure and support teams to ensure optimal resource allocation, project prioritization and execution.
  • Collaborate with Business units to understand their requirements and translate them into Infrastructure solutions that support business goals.
  • Maintain and regularly update all IT infrastructure policies and procedures so they remain aligned with Global Deloitte and industry best practices, and regulatory stand.
  • Collaborate closely with IT Operation Leader, to drive the implementation of best practices in IT operations and to ensure continuous improvement of operational processes through automation, monitoring, and analytics.
  • Evaluate new technology trends and select appropriate infrastructure solutions to support business innovation and growth.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical infrastructure projects to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet expectations.
  • Ensure the security of IT infrastructure, comply with relevant laws and regulations, and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Optimize the cost through continuous evaluation of service contracts, vendor agreements, vendor performance, and resource allocation.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with key vendors to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Understand business needs, provide high quality technical support and solutions, and enhance internal customer satisfaction.
  • Report directly to the Chief Information Officer.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years’ experience working within technology team in regulated industries, demonstrating deep familiarity with compliance-driven environments.
  • Knowledgeable in managing hybrid environment (on-premises and cloud platform) across networking, server administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization, SQL database management, Active Directory/Entra ID design and operations, M365/Azure/AWS/Alibaba, datacentre operation and related domains.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT governance frameworks such as ITIL, ISO 27001 or equivalent standards, enabling effective policy development and audit readiness.
  • Demonstrated people management abilities with a proven track record of guiding remote team towards shared goals through supportive leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
  • Excellent Project Management skills with proven experiences in managing IT infrastructure projects and met deliverables.
  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP) or ITIL certification is preferred.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is critical.
