Regional FP&A Manager (luxury retailer)

• Regional experience in the retail industry is required

• Provide strategic insights and coordinate with APAC executive committees on the strategic planning process, sales forecast modeling, and simulations
• Closely monitor business and cost trends, analyzing deviations from plans and recommending corrective actions to ensure budget and forecast accuracy and integrity
• Coordinate investment reviews, oversee capital expenditure processes, and identify opportunities to improve financial planning and control processes
• Act as a strong liaison between the APAC region and the Group, supporting effective engagement during budgeting and long-term planning
• Partner closely with regional finance teams to review, analyze, and explain financial performance
• Identify and implement new tools to help drive financial and operational transformation, such as Data Visualization, Forecasting, Process automation, Chatbots, etc.
• Support ad-hoc assignment

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• CPA Qualification (e.g., HKICPA, CPA Australia, ACCA, etc.) is highly desirable
• Minimum 6 years of FP&A experience, ideally from a sizable retailer/FMCG industry
• Previous experience performing financial analysis for APAC regions is a huge advantage
• Strong commercial and business acumen with a proven track record of business partnering
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Agile thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with SAP and BI applications (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) will be a plus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
