- A Mid-senior Data Scientist to join our data analytics team. You will work on building & deploying predictive/ AI models and advanced analytics to enable distribution excellence (in particular for our bancassurance and partner), customer experience, marketing etc for our business functions
- This role requires strong statistical modeling and machine learning skills to leverage our internal & external data assets and deliver business impact
- 5-8 years’ hands-one experience of successfully working with data sciences and analytics team
- Strong business domain knowledge (e.g. insurance, FSI etc)
- Strong ML / Data Scientist programming skills (e.g. Python)
- Bachelor/ Master degree in Computer Science/ Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics preferred or related fields
- Develop machine learning and predictive models leveraging techniques including but not limited to regression, random forest, boosting algorithms to solve critical business problems
- Collaborate with Banca partner team (onsite/ offsite) across business units to identify and deliver appropriate advanced analytics solutions. Effectively explain and communicate to business stakeholders senior management the models and advanced analytics solutions, foster best practice and experience sharing
- Drive the maturity of advanced analytics capability of banca related application, by keeping abreast of data sciences and advanced analytics trends, newer modeling techniques and ML ops capabilities. Support the training and upskilling of wider enterprise through hackathons and training sessions.
