- Worker processes AR collection, complaint handling, invoicing and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform admin work e.g. arranging couriers
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager from China.
- At least 3 years in customer complaint / account receivable or customer management field.
- Background in accounting/ finance is a must
- Knowledge of Lexi/ SAP will be a strong plus.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Good communication skills; High teamwork spirit.
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- 4-day work from home
- mainly serve hospital clients
- 1 year contract, will extend for another year if performance is good
