With a strong presence across international markets, the company fosters a culture of creativity, collaboration, and performance, empowering individuals to express themselves through fashion.Job DescriptionIn this role, you will define and execute the product and merchandising vision for the APAC region, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and business objectives. You will lead the development of strategic product roadmaps, manage the full product lifecycle, and tailor assortments to diverse market segments. Key responsibilities include driving channel diversity, enhancing user experience, identifying growth opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams across marketing, design, retail, and wholesale. You will also oversee product KPIs, stakeholder engagement, and team development.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of experience in fashion product management and merchandising, with a minimum of 5 years in business and team management. Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and communication skills are essential, along with deep knowledge of the apparel industry and APAC markets, particularly China. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
