Duties:In charge of a technical team in a luxury residential project;Responsible for the repair and maintenance, improvement and renovation, fitting out, and reinstatement works for the property;Assist and provide technical advice and support to Estates/Property Managers on all aspects of repair and maintenance in particular on builder works, electrical, and mechanical issues;Maintain a smooth & effective communication with property owners and operators;Make planning on regular maintenance contracts and individual maintenance tasks on major facilities;Monitor the performance of contractorsRequirements:Bachelor Degree holder major in Engineering or Higher Diploma in relevant engineering discipline;Minimum 3 years solid experience in M&E repair and maintenance works at various residential or commercial building, experience in building automation system will be an advantage;Registered electrical worker qualified for grade A work or above is an advantage;Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese;Proficiency in PC application;Independent, initiative & able to work under pressure;Working Location : Redhill Peninsula /LarvottoInterested parties please send your full resume with current salary, expected salary & available date to Mr. Alex Chiu.
