- Manage the development of our managed services products, from ideation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the IT services industry, and experience in managing a product development team.
- Define and manage the product development roadmap for our managed services products, in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure alignment of product development with overall business strategy.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, incorporate this feedback into product development.
- Manage and mentor the product development team, including product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Work with the engineering team to ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget, to meet customer needs and quality standards.
- Develop and manage product pricing and profitability, monitor product performance against financial targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, incorporate their feedback into product development.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the IT services industry, and apply this knowledge to product development.
- Provide technical consulting and support to our clients who use our managed services. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and network security, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Provide technical consulting and support to clients who use our managed services.
- Manage and monitor client systems, networks, and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and work with clients and internal teams to resolve them.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, system configurations, and user manuals.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and network security.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as required.
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of the IT services industry, including managed services, cloud computing, and network security.
- Experience in managing a product development team, including product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers and partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Knowledge of product management frameworks such as Agile and Scrum.
- Experience in conducting market research and analysis, using customer feedback to drive product development.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, cloud computing, or network security.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with common network security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is a plus.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
