Managed Service Product Development Manager / Consultant

• Manage the development of our managed services products, from ideation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the IT services industry, and experience in managing a product development team.
• Define and manage the product development roadmap for our managed services products, in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure alignment of product development with overall business strategy.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, incorporate this feedback into product development.
• Manage and mentor the product development team, including product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Work with the engineering team to ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget, to meet customer needs and quality standards.
• Develop and manage product pricing and profitability, monitor product performance against financial targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, incorporate their feedback into product development.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the IT services industry, and apply this knowledge to product development.

• Provide technical consulting and support to our clients who use our managed services. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and network security, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

• Manage and monitor client systems, networks, and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and work with clients and internal teams to resolve them.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, system configurations, and user manuals.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and network security.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as required.
• Provide training and support to clients and internal teams as necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of the IT services industry, including managed services, cloud computing, and network security.
• Experience in managing a product development team, including product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers and partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Knowledge of product management frameworks such as Agile and Scrum.
• Experience in conducting market research and analysis, using customer feedback to drive product development.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, cloud computing, or network security.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with common network security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is a plus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
