- Manage concierge counter and provide customer services to residents and visitors in residential developments
- Handle residents’ enquiries and complaints and provide assistance to property management team in daily operations
- Form 5 or above with formal training in Hospitality Management/Property Management will be an advantage
- At least 2 years customer service experience
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered; Holder of security personnel permit is preferred
- Good communication skills and good spoken English and Chinese is preferred
