
CS Business Development, Agency Distribution, Specialist

- Provide input and deliver key initiatives to agents to achieve the assigned sales targets
- Communicate and build relationship with agency support and push CS business
- Communicate and build relationships with agents for business development
- Keep abreast of market development to update agents
- Collaborate with counterparts of EB Sales and IVS Team to promote & capture cross-selling opportunities of EB and IVS
- Provide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customers
- Provide help desk at agent’s' offices, if applicable
- Effectively monitor the sales performances of assigned intermediaries to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is met
- Provide coaching and training to support staff
- Perform any other duties and projects as assigned
- University graduate with minimum 6 years working experience, preferably with insurance companies
- Good product knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Able to manage a project independently
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Tactful interpersonal relationship
- Good presentation skills
- Self-motivated and customer orientated
- Preferably IIQE (paper 1,2,3 & 4) licensed
- Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
