Job DescriptionCivil Engineering and Development DepartmentFanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase:Site Formation and Infrastructure WorksAtkinsRéalis Asia Limited invites applications for the following Resident Site Staff positions under the project for Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase: Site Formation and Infrastructure Works. The works comprise site formation of lands and ground investigation within Fanling North New Development Area (FLN NDA), construction of at-grade roads connecting FLN NDA to Fanling Highway and associated junction/road improvements, construction of noise barriers and low noise road surfacing, and ancillary works including footbridges, footpaths, cycle tracks, lighting, traffic aids, sewage pumping stations, drainage, sewerage, water mains, landscaping works, slope works and electrical and mechanical works. The first contract, Contract No. ND/2024/07, was commenced in July 2024 and the second contract, Contract No. ND/2024/08, will be commenced in 2025 second half of the year tentatively.Resident Works Supervisor II (Civil) (Ref No.: FLN_RWSII(C))Candidates should have:

Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College / Polytechnic University or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; or
Successfully completed a recognised technician apprenticeship in an appropriate discipline; or
Successfully completed a recognised craft apprenticeship with 2 years’of experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline; or
Minimum 5 years’of experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline.
Attained level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Secondary 3 standard or above.
