Job PurposeTo own & drive the execution of Autodesk HK Regional Business & Sales Strategy for Hong Kong & Macau region with both Volume & Vertical Software, Cloud & Professional Services focus.Responsible for setting dynamic and challenging targets in line with the company objectives and delivering according to the plan.Setting robust Sales Business Planning for the region & achieve / exceed revenue & profitability goals.Establish and maintain positive relationships with Vendors, Customers, End Users & Tech Data / TD Synnex & Datech Teams & other stake holders.Being a role model for Co-Workers, Vendors, Customers & End UsersResponsible for ensuring professional & compliant customer and team approach among the stake holders in Tech Data Sales teamsDuties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare the annual plan to pursue fiscal growth of revenue and gross margin and use the right resources to achieve the objectivesSetting robust Sales Business Planning in line with Corporate profitability & revenue goals, vendor expectations & market dynamicsManage and execute sales business planning in alignment & collaboration with the Tech Data country sales teams & Datech Regional TeamsDevelop, manage and evaluate business units compensation plans to achieve or exceed business objectivesOwns senior relationships with key Customers & End UsersOwns senior relationships with regional Vendors management/leadershipSet strategic direction in conjunction with global and regional leader on business growth developmentTake overall leadership in the organization to build and maintain customer relationships, to introduce new vendors and/or products and to leverage existing and new geographic and/or business segmentsDirectional input into purchasing, sales, pricing, services & customer success policyRecruitment, leadership, management and coaching of co-workers & management team to achieve Business Unit objectivesContribution of new ideas for transformation and execution at strategic and operational levelsSenior escalation point of contact for End Users, Customers and VendorsOwn Datech Operations for Hong Kong, overall for all productsDirection to country finance, TD HK Sales Leadership on weekly, monthly forecastKnowledge & Skills Expertise15+ Years of relevant sales & channel work experience5 to 8 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employeesMaster's / Postgraduate Degree with Commercial / Economics / engineering Field of Study preferredBachelor's Degree with Economics / Business Administration field of study requiredServant & Situational LeadershipOther Education / Certifications: People Management / Operational ExcellenceAble to create and conduct formal presentationsAble to interact effectively with all levels of managementAble to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial resultsPossesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skillsPossesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertivePossesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completionPossesses a strong can-do attitude with continuous ambition for personal development & keen understanding when to escalate & involve executive managementAble to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlinesChallenges & Approach / SolutionProcess Challenge on Execution – To discuss with all internal stakeholders for quick resolution; Also recommend process, people & system transformation changesCustomer Escalation – Opportunity to reinforce the relationship, maintain trust & avoid trust breakers. Commit to a root cause analysis of the issue & update customer within 24 hours with an ambition to resolve the issue within 48 hoursVendor Escalation – Opportunity to reinforce relationship, hear to the issue & maintain trust. Understand the issue & the root cause & commit to resolve with a defined timeline, 4 (or) 8 (or) 24 hours to analyze & resolve.
