  • Develop and execute local communications strategies aligned with global brand standards.
  • Support integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including LinkedIn and WeChat.
  • Collaborate with BD teams, partners, and lawyers to identify key themes and market insights.
  • Manage media relations, draft press releases, and pitch content to media outlets.
  • Coordinate award submissions and feedback processes for Chambers, Legal500, and other platforms.
  • Maintain brand consistency across APAC offices through visual identity and content creation.
  • Provide coaching on social media best practices and Haiilo content usage.
  • Assist with website content development and digital analytics reporting.
  • Promote communications best practices and support internal education sessions.
The Successful Applicant
  • A university degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or business development within a professional services environment.
  • Proven success in managing social media campaigns and media relations.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and a client-focused mindset.
