Hutchison Property Group Limited, a member of CK Asset Group, develops quality residential and commercial properties in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas. Our portfolio includes some of Hong Kong's largest private development projects and a number of landmark developments in Mainland China.Responsibilities

Lead a team of staff to oversee the daily operation of the portfolios
Develop budget and business plans to maximize revenues and formulate and implement strategies in response to the market changes

Requirements

Bachelor or higher degree in property management, business, surveying or related disciplines
Holder of PMP (Tier 1) License with relevant professional qualifications in property management (e.g. MHKIS, MHKIH etc.) preferred
At least 10 years of experience in which carpark portfolio management experience is essential
Good business acumen with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
