
Business Analyst - Life Insurance (Operation)

- Collaborate with end users, stakeholders, and IT to collect and assess business needs.
- Prepare test plans and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system developments.
- Monitor potential production issues, conduct regression tests, and resolve errors.
- Assist with follow-ups after new guidelines are launched.
- Work with the IT team to track and ensure resolution of defects identified during UAT.
- Provide assistance to team leaders as needed.
- Support project managers in delivering the Client for Life strategy through digital initiatives, process re-engineering, and automation to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate frequently with team members across functions to ensure clear stakeholder communication.
- 3-5 years' Business Analyst in the Life Insurance industry with a solid understanding of products and operations.
- Understanding on Claims/ Policy admin/ Underwriting is a must.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering initiatives.
- Understanding of IT systems for process streamlining and service improvements
- Strong skills in preparing user requirement documents, conducting UAT, and reporting.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Junior candidate will be considered as well
