About the role 工作內容:
  • 5 days work (Monday to Sunday roster)
  • Shift: 5am - 3pm OR 3pm - 1am
  • Location: Hong Kong International Airport
  • Good command of English, open to non Cantonese/Chinese speaker

Our client:Our client, a renowned international airline brand, is currently seeking a lounge attendant for their location at Hong Kong International Airport.
我們的客戶是國際知名的航空公司,正在尋找貴賓室侍應/服務員加入他們.Responsibilities:
  • Introduce the menu to customers and explain the dishes and ingredients.
  • Take customer's orders and ensure accuracy.
  • Serve food and drinks to customers, providing professional knowledge and making recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Understand what customers want and provide excellent dining service accordingly.
  • Keep the VIP lounge clean and tidy, and handle its daily operations.
職責:
  • 介紹菜單、下單並提供餐飲服務
  • 具備對餐飲的專業知識,並根據顧客需求作出推薦
  • 了解顧客需求並提供優質餐飲服務
  • 維持貴賓室整潔和日常運作
Requirements:
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old
  • Graduates (hospitality major) are welcome to apply
  • Priority will be given to candidates with experience in catering, fine dining restaurants, hotels, VIP lounges, airports, or related positions
  • Fluent communication skills in English is required, and knowledge of Mandarin is preferred
  • Candidates should possess qualities such as teamwork, customer orientation, friendliness, helpfulness, and a cheerful disposition
  • Shift work is required, and candidates must be willing to work overtime in the event of flight delays
  • Candidates with additional relevant experience may be considered for supervisory or Senior positions
要求
  • 合法於香港受僱及年滿18歲
  • 中五畢業或以上或持有酒店/餐飲或相關學科文憑者優先,歡迎畢業生申請
  • 具餐飲、高級餐廳、酒店、貴賓室、機場或相關職位的工作經驗者優先
  • 具流利英話溝通能力,懂普通話者為佳
  • 具備團隊合作精神、顧客導向、親切活潑、樂於助人的性格
  • 需要輪班工作,願意於航班延誤時超時工作
  • 如應徵者具更多相關經驗可考慮至主管或以上職位
