1) To liaise and coordinate with different parties for the operation of iAM Smart mobile registration service and the support of iAM Smart self-registration kiosks and iAM Smart registration tablets;
2) To provide technical and administrative support on iAM Smart mobile registration service, iAM Smart self-registration kiosks and iAM Smart registration tablets;
3) To monitor the performance of services provided by the contractors;
4) To review the deliverables submitted by the contractors;
5) To inspect and quality check iAM Smart mobile registration service and the iAM Smart registration tablets at the mobile counters;
6) To provide on-site support and conduct iAM Smart registration service at the mobile counters;
7) To perform on-site checking for iAM Smart self-registration kiosks located in various districts of Hong Kong;
8) To conduct UAT for enhancement of iAM Smart system;
9) To maintain documentation and training material, and conduct training for the trainers of the contractor on iAM Smart registration;
10) To prepare statistics reports and documentation for iAM Smart project; and
11) To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors.Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0

Requirements 1) May need to work on-site at different locations as assigned / provided by the government within Hong Kong;
2) Have experience in the operation support of kiosks, tablets and mobile devices;
3) Have experience in monitoring contractors;
4) Have experience in conducting User Acceptance Test of software applications / apps;
5) Be familiar with configuration on mobile device such as biometrics, NFC and security settings, connection;
6) Be familiar with iAM Smart registration and IT background with knowledge on information security are preferred;
7) Speak fluent Cantonese and good command of English and Chinese;
8) Speak Putonghua is preferred; and
9) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT);
. At least 2 years' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM);
. 1 year's experience in Infrastructure (INF) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT Operational Management (OPM) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in VBA (VBA) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. At least 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT);
. At least 1 year's experience in quality management (QMT);
. At least 1 year's experience in software testing (STM);
. At least 1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG);
. 1 year's experience in event management (EMG) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in conducting IT training/briefing (ITT) is an advantage;
. Good Putonghua is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT advisory and promotion, e.g. exhibition, publication (APR) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
