Assistant Business Operations Analyst

  • Collaborate with the different team leaders from Policy Servicing team to gather and provide business requirements for projects or initiatives
  • Provide support in projects and user acceptance test cases preparation and execution
  • Support incident management activities, including incident identification, tracking, escalation, and resolution
  • Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks to support the operation of the department
  • Conduct thorough analysis of the processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices
Qualifications
  • Diploma holder or above required; fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and be a fast learner
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a positive mindset
  • Proficient in both written and spoken in English & Chinese
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft office applications
  • Relevant working experience or knowledge in AS400 would be considered an advance
