Supervise, manage the Security team and check the safety work on a daily basis
Check the safety situation of the key areas of hotel; handle all kinds of illegal issues
Organize manpower to handle all kinds of accident
Write and submit the incident report
Assist the Police in detecting all kinds of case happened in hotel
Accept and handle complaints of all safety-related problems and issues from guests
Inspect the log of entry and exit of personnel, materials, vehicles and stores at the commencement and the end of the duty
Ensure all fire system, access control system, function of elevators and CCTV are working properly
Inspect the service ability of firefighting equipment
Work closely with Guest Experience Managers and offer assistance when needed such as accompany guests to hospital or police station, etc
Work together closely with the Emergency Respond Team to handle hotel emergency cases such as injury, fire alarm, bomb threat etc
Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Security Department, preferably in the hotel industry
With valid Security Personnel Permit
Knowledge and skill of public security and firefighting, outstanding service consciousness and skill
Qualified First Aider
