- Assist in the education and supervision of students with a range of abilities including autism and complex needs
- Support all students to access a broad and balanced school curriculum
- Support students' learning and attainment within the school curriculum
- Support teachers in administrative tasks in order to support Learning and Teaching
- Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with students, treating them with respect and consideration
- Sufficient knowledge, expertise and awareness of students' social, emotional and learning needs to work effectively with teachers as part of a professional team
- Ability to work effectively with individual students, small groups and whole classes under the direction and supervision of a qualified teacher
- Tact, discretion, confidentiality and the willingness to work as a member of the team.
- Have experience in special educational needs (desirable)
- Fluent in English
