- To assist clinic doctor in medical consultation and performing clinical procedures;
- To provide quality nursing care to scholarship athletes: first aid treatment, clinical nursing care, wound management and vaccinations;
- To deliver administration work of the Hong Kong Sports Institute Clinic
- To assist clinic doctor in medical screening; and
- To perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Registered Nurse/ Enrolled Nurse (Hong Kong Nursing Council) with a valid practicing certificate;
- Minimum of 4 years' post-registration clinical experience for Registered Nurse/ Enrolled Nurse;
- Sports medicine experience (including athletes health care, sports related wound management) is an advantage;
- Able to work more than 20 hours per week is an added advantage;
- Knowledge of World Anti-Doping Agencys (WADA) anti-doping regulations and experience is an advantage;
- Good command of spoken and written English; Able to communicate in Cantonese and Putonghua is an advantage; and
- Awareness/ knowledge of Child Protection in sport and equal opportunity issues in the context of Hong Kong are an added advantage.
