  • Build relationships to identify and evaluate private capital market opportunities and generate client leads
  • Foster relationships with qualified investors committed to invest in early-stage to pre-IPO companies in the region.
  • Support and advise early-stage businesses in their pursuit to raise capital
  • Work with management and colleagues in achieving set business and financial goals.
  • Take responsibility for creating marketing memorandums to introduce companies to prospective qualified investors in the region.
  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Role requirements
  • A relevant degree and atleast 6+years in a Private capital market space
  • Experience in raising private capital markets either from buy-side or sell-side esp with expertise in equity capital markets, structured share financing and M&A
  • Experience in dealing with corporates to build innovative capital raising solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A good market network to VC's, family offices and related across the region or beyond
