• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must have experience working closely with China IT team.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and network management.
• Experience in handling IT budgets and cost-efficiency strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset to adapt to technological advancements.
• Familiarity with the retail industry's specific IT requirements is a plus.
