We are committed to your professional growth and development, and to creating a workplace culture that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence.ResponsibilitiesManage the securities business at the bank in Macau, ensuring that growth and operations align with the Bank's overall objectives while maximizing synergies with the Hong Kong officePlan and implement strategic initiatives for the securities business in Macau, with a focus on driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the operation comply with local regulationsWork effectively with the Hong Kong team to share insights, best practices, and resources, facilitating cross-border initiatives and improving client servicesDevelop and review standard procedures for sales activities and operational processes to ensure alignment with the bank's compliance and risk management cultureConduct comprehensive market surveillance of securities activities related to retail customers, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal guidelinesEngage closely with stakeholders to foster the development of the securities business and enhance the customer journey across all channelsRequirementsDegree holder or above in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines5+ years of experience in the securities business or related roles, preferably within the banking sectorQualifications in HKSI Licensing Exams or related certificationsStrong understanding of securities markets, products, and regulations, with a preference for familiarity with the Macau marketDemonstrated analytical skills with the ability to effectively present insights and recommendations derived from financial data and reports for senior management reviewResourceful with a strong market /stakeholder network in MacauExcellent communication and presentation skills with good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and MandarinFrequent travel to Macau is requiredApplicationWe offer competitive remuneration and fringe benefits, including but not limited to the following:15-20 days of Annual LeaveCaring Leave (including birthday leave, graduation leave, wedding leave, volunteer leave, etc.)Attractive remuneration packageTogether, we will make a meaningful impact on our clients, staff, and the community, while shaping a successful, sustainable, and people-centered financial landscape.
