Hong Kong branch office is looking for high-caliber individual to join in.Responsibilities:

To assist in distributor and reseller sales analysis report for sales support task and prepare the reports for the management
To provide relevant support and assistance to the Sales Team
To ensure requests for advice or correspondence are provided in a professional and timely manner
Provide admin support to Sales Team, e.g., customer inquiries, follow-up quotations and invoice, coordinate delivery and logistic services
Other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

Have background / knowledge in electronic products
Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail, good organization, communication, presentation and planning skills
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, especially in IT products are highly preferred
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
