We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the New Business & Underwriting (NBUW) project. Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to execute business and technical projects
Elicit and document user requirements and end-to-end solutions
Conduct impact analysis and perform basic data validation using SQL
Facilitate discussions and build consensus across teams
Monitor and manage testing activities to ensure quality delivery
Provide system training and support to business users
Investigate and resolve system and project-related issues

Profile

1-2 years' experience as a Business Analyst
Basic proficiency in SQL
Insurance industry experience is an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication in Chinese and English
