- Lead and manage HR projects and programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the People Plan and One HR Book of Work.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Drive initiatives related to Talent Management, Organizational Design, Culture, and Leadership, ensuring they support the strategic direction of the company.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and outcomes.
- Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of HR initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout project execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR project/program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex HR initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Talent Management, Organizational Design, Culture, and Leadership development.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Chinese speaking is a plus, however not a must.
- Experience with change management methodologies and practices.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
